Can you give me any directive for working off-line (i.e without an fixed connection to the server) using VS2003 integration?

Could you please tell us more specifically what you refer to 'work offline' with SourceAnyWhere?

If I understand correctly, you can checkout files when you are online, then edit the files offline and then check them in online. That is the VSS style of working offline.
