For those who need to upgrade to Issue Tracking Anywhere 3.3, please note:
1. Please backup your old database before installing the new one.
2. Click the installer wizard to install the new one.
3. If you upgrade from 2.0, please write to to ask for upgrade.

Cannot install becasue there are amny users still connected. How can I stop the ITA 3.1 application or notify all users to log out? The install keeps failing...

Your problem shouldn't happen when upgrading to Issue Tracking Anywhere 3.2. Please restart the IIS, and try reinstalling ITA3.2.
