Several customers reported that they met some problem when using SourceAnywhere Standalone plug-in together with other add-ins (such as DevExpress CodeRush, GhostDoc, AXTools CodeSmart etc.) in Visual Studio.

Symptoms:

- When opening a project that is under source control, the pending check-ins window must be visible or the IDE will hang.

- When opening a solution under source control, the status of project files displays as ‘Newly added file’ until refreshed.

Resolution:
Please download the patch here and see if it solves the issue.

To use it, please update the SAWSSCC.dll file in the installation folder of SourceAnywhere Standalone Windows client with the new one and restart Visual Studio.

If the patch doesn’t fix your issue, please download and install DebugView, start the tool before you open the solution under the source control of SourceAnywhere and send the log file generated by DebugView to sawstd@dynamsoft.com.
