Hi,

We have an VSS database Server. All the users in A location where database server is present are using Microsoft native VSS client where as 5 users in Location B which is VPN tunnelled are using Dynamasoft Client Software to access VSS database server. On a daily basis there are these large files which needs to be transferred from location B to location A. Downloading the same from A location. Like an FTP, is it possible to upload and download large files from these locations. If so, how can we perform this task?

Instead of FTP, we are planning to use VSS clients to make use of files transfers like FTP. Please guide us on how to go about this process if its available.

Hi Sanjay,

I am not sure what you mean. With SourceAnywhere for VSS, users at Location B can check in the changes into VSS DB. And then users at Location A can get files through VSS Client.

Can this fulfill your need? If not, would you please be more specific with your question?
