SAW 5.4 server is not working for me on win7 64

Installs fine, service does not start from gui (ui disabled), I started manually, log seems OK, but I can't connect

using port 8887

I turned off the win7 firewall

tried connect from server machine and from a second machine

We tested SourceAnywhere for VSS on 64-bit Window 7 and it works well. We will update the info on our website.

The possible cause is that the current logon user does not have enough permission to start the service. Please right-click SourceAnywhere for VSS Server Manager, choose "Run as administrator" and try again.

What error message did you get? If you get "Error connecting to" message, please take a look at the following article:
