I have a circumstance where I want an issue field to list 85 values in alphabetical order. My concern is what happens when I have to add an additional value someday. To maintain the desired order, it appears my only option is to re-enter all 86 values in the picklist. (Worse, these values will each affect other fields by rules, so the effects of re-entering all 86 would be enormous.) I'd hoped for standard reordering up/down arrows here, but no: http://buckeyeassociates.com/sa.PNG

Anyone know of a way of easily reordering these values (or inserting a new value where I want it in the order)?

Hi jherman,

The allowed values will be listed in alphabetical order by default. Did you try adding an additional value to the list? If the values are not in order after you add a new one, you can contact our support team via Live Help to have an online meeting. Our team will check it for you.
