 Post subject: Projects Automatically Check Out

We are using SourceAnywhere Standalone v2.3 with Visual Studio 2005. Often times when a developer builds the project on their workstation, a subset of the projects in the solution get checked out automatically even though they were not modified. I assume this is because Visual Studio is make some changes to those particular project files. Is there a way to avoid this?

The possible cause of the issue is that the building changes the files. You can compare the local and server version of the files which get checked out to see the changes.

To avoid this, you can modify the setting in Visual Studio menu Tools->Options->Source Control->Environment->On Edit dropdown list.
