I have created two repositories, R1 and R2, and two solutions in Visual Studio, S1 and S2. I have source control configured so the Visual Studo projects are bound to their respective repositories:

R1 <--> S1
R2 <--> S2

The issue I'm having is when I close S1 and open S2, Visual Studio seems unable to remember that the projects in S2 are bound to R2, giving me the message:

Project...not found. The project may have been deleted, renamed or moved. Do you want to select a project from the server?

If I open, rebind all S2 projects to R2, close, and then open S1, the same thing happens.

I tried creating a profile for each repository and using the appropriate profile when setting up the bindings, but that didn't work.

Any suggestions or workarounds would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Spn,

It's a known flaw of SourceAnywhere Hosted and will be fixed in the coming SourceAnywhere Hosted 3.0. The new version will be available within 3 months.

As an workaround, you can use "Open from Source Control" to open S2 from SourceAnywhere Hosted when you close S1. The option "Open from Source Control" can be found at Visual Studio|File menu|Source Control.

Also, please let me know if you need a hotfix before the release of SourceAnywhere Hosted 3.0. I will forward your request to our development team to see if they can work out an internal version for you.

Regards.
