Was the problem in the key work expansion?

We haven't been able to reproduce the issue on our side. It would be helpful if you can send us a sample file with which you met the problem. Please send the file to sawvss@dynamsoft.com.

We were communicating with the customer via email and livechat.

We were able to reproduce the issue on our side with the customer's file. There is a bug of detecting End-of-Line. Our development team worked out an internal version of SourceAnywhere Standalone and the issue was solved.
