I’m running VSS2005, when I add new files to a certain project, the dialog box opens and shows all the files/subfolders from my working directory. While in VSS6.0 this only show files that hadn’t been add to VSS. I prefer the latter since it’s easier for me to add new files.

Does anyone know how to set it?

VSS 2005 uses the Windows Common File dialog box. If you want the old VSS6.0 behavior, you can press “Shift” when clicking Add command and VSS will pop up the old style of Add Files dialog.

Thanks.
