I am wondering if there is any way to search recursively on a folder to find all files that have changed since the last time a specific label was applied to the folder structure as a whole?

To achieve your goal, you can:

1. In SCM Anywhere Standalone, find out the date on which the label was added;
2. Right click on the folder, choose "Show History...";
3. On the "General" tab, check "Recursive" at the bottom;
3. Switch to the tab "Dates";
4. Check "On or after:" and input the date of the label;
5. Press "OK";

Please try this and see how it works.

By the way, our developers will consider enhancing the "Wildcard Search" feature (Tools->Wildcard Search...) to make it easier to filter the certain files you need.
