Hi Devo,

To better pinpoint the cause of the problem, would you please let me know the following info:

1. Are you using Visual Studio? If yes, which version are you using?

2. Are you using MSSCCI Plug-in or VSPackage Plug-in? You can check this through Visual Studio -> Tools -> Options -> Source Control.

3. Which type of application are you developing, website or project? What about the structure of your solution?

4. How often did you get the problem?

5. Did you try refreshing the file status?

There are two ways for you to migrate from SourceAnywhere Hosted to SCM Anywhere Hosted.

One way is to migrate by yourself. Please follow the procedures below to fulfill this task:
1. Sign up a SCM Anywhere Hosted account;
2. Get latest version of your files from SourceAnywhere to your local machine;
3. Add the local files to SCM Anywhere Hosted.
