Hi,
Using the saas solution, how can i export a list of issues including full details ?

Right now, you can use the export feature of ITA to push out all selected types of information, except for the comments. You can find the export feature on the "Issue Navigator" page.

Notice, before you Export Issues, you should first click Edit Query > Display Columns and Add all columns you'd like to get in exported file.
