Recently the server on which we run ITA had some problems with permissions on the temp folder. We fixed that problem, but in the process something went wrong. When we try to log in to ITA now it gives an error message which reads: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I think this has to do with file or folder access permissions, but I can't find any folder with incorrect permissions.

What files/folders does ITA need to have access to (and what account)?

Please make sure the IIS user has enough permission on the "C:\WINDOWS\Temp" folder.

If the issue persists, please try upgrading to the lastest version to get detailed error message. I have sent you the download link of Issue Tracking Anywhere 3.3. Please check pm.
